The function of the construction machinery filter element is to effectively filter the impurities in the oil, reduce the oil flow resistance, ensure lubrication, and minimize the wear of various components during operation; the function of the fuel filter element is to effectively filter the dust, iron filings, and metal in the fuel Impurities such as oxides and sludge prevent the fuel system from clogging, improve combustion efficiency, and ensure stable operation of the engine; the air filter element is located in the intake system of the engine, its main function is to filter out harmful impurities in the air that will enter the cylinder to reduce the early wear of the cylinder, piston, piston ring, valve and valve seat, so as to provide guarantee for the normal operation and output power of the engine.
The results show that the wear of the engine mainly includes corrosion wear, contact wear and abrasive wear, and the abrasive wear accounts for 60% ~ 70% of the wear amount. The replacement cycle can be appropriately extended or shortened according to the difference in the quality level of the oil and fuel; the replacement cycle of the construction machinery filter element and air filter element used by different models is different, the replacement cycle of the air filter element is adjusted as appropriate according to the air quality of the operating environment, and the internal and external filter elements must be replaced together during replacement. It is worth mentioning that the air filter element is not recommended to use the data compressed air quality for development and cleaning, because the high-pressure airflow will damage the filter paper and affect the filtering efficiency of the engineering machinery filter element.
